Before:
Engrenage’s original website was basic and primarily served as a digital brochure. It lacked clarity, didn’t speak directly to the company’s ideal client, and wasn’t designed to convert. With most visitors arriving via referrals, the flaws in the site’s user experience and messaging went unnoticed but the site wasn’t equipped to support growth through SEO or ads.
Average time on page was just 2 seconds, with users bouncing almost immediately. There was no consistent way to filter, qualify, or convert new leads.

The Transformation:
- Traffic Growth: Traffic increased even before ads were introduced, following the website launch. After implementing SEO, traffic tripled, and after launching Meta ads, it increased 6x compared to the same period the year prior.
- Engagement Time: Visitors were previously bouncing within 2 seconds. Now, average engagement time is over 60 seconds, indicating a dramatically more compelling and relevant experience.
- Lead Quality: The new messaging and qualification flow helped filter out misaligned leads while drawing in higher-intent clients. Prospects now arrive informed and resonating with the brand.
- Conversions: Despite drawing colder traffic from Meta ads, Engrenage saw a 2x increase in net conversions compared to the previous year. The site’s new filtering reduced time spent with poor-fit leads and helped truly aligned prospects move forward faster.
Due to increased demand, ads were temporarily paused in February to allow the team to catch up with inbound volume, an early signal of system scalability.
